Higher Things

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Brede Franks and I are at the Higher Things this week, the Youth Gathering is in Grand Rapids. On our way, we toured the University of Notre Dame and got the opportunity to walk past the historic football stadium, see rare books in the library, and walk through their basilica.

Once we arrived at the Youth Gathering things have moved briskly. There are typically four services a day, immersing the youth in hymn and song. It's truly beautiful! Throughout the remainder of the day we take in Bible Studies and breakouts that range on a number of topics from death, art, the use of language, depression, and the hope we have in Christ Jesus.

We return on Friday and look forward to sharing more details about our adventure with you!
